This is a book I’ve been wanting to read out of curiosity, even if it’s not too applicable to any of my needs right now. I came across it during a small tacked-on school assignment for a sensor physics course. The idea for this assignment was to research some basics relating to given sensor topics and create a poster based on the findings.
So we made the poster based on the topic we chose, and based it on some of the content we researched from a grand total of two referenced sources –can you tell the assignment was rather shallow? Anyhow, this was a perfectly adequate way to pass the last week of the class, having some freedom to read about interesting topics.

Clearly the contents of this poster can be best described as superficial, and to be completely honest, I’m not 100% certain about all the factuality in it as it may or may not have been completed the night before the return. Still, the topics interested me enough that I earmarked the title for later reading. I guess now is that “later time”, though other material may take precedent this summer –this is just for fun!
